Right for you, or not?
We are a personal import service, not a trading company. Here's the honest line.
✓This is for you if…
- You found one product online that isn't sold in Pakistan, or costs far more here.
- You need a specific part, tool, accessory or gadget and local shops don't have it.
- You want a gift, hobby item or collectible from a Chinese seller.
- You tried ordering yourself and your card got declined, or the seller won't ship to Pakistan.
- You want one price that already includes customs, with no surprise charges at the door.
One item, one price, one parcel. A few different single items are fine too.
✕We are NOT for you if…
- You want to buy 50, 200 or 1,000 pieces of anything.
- You are stocking a shop, a Daraz store or an Instagram page.
- You need wholesale, factory, OEM or private-label orders.
- You are importing cartons, pallets or containers.
We don't do bulk, full stop. Please don't ask for "just 30 units" either.
If it's on a Chinese website, we can probably bring it

Questions people ask before their first order
Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?
No. We don't handle bulk, wholesale, OEM or resale stock of any size. We are a single-item service for people who want one specific product from China. If you need quantity, a trading company or freight forwarder is the right fit.
Can I really order just one item?
Yes, that's the whole point. One item is the normal order. If you want two or three different single items, that's fine too; they ship together.
How much does it cost?
Depends on the item. You get one number in rupees within 24 hours. That number is everything: the item, shipping, customs and our fee. We tell you our fee upfront. If the price isn't worth it, just say no. Quotes are free.
How long does it take?
7 to 15 days by air from the day the seller hands it over, including Pakistan customs. If the seller needs a few days to dispatch, we tell you before you pay.
When and how do I pay?
Once, before the item ships, by bank transfer, Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa in rupees. That single payment is the full price. There is nothing to pay on delivery and nothing added later.
What can't you bring?
Anything illegal or restricted in Pakistan, counterfeit branded goods, weapons, most liquids and aerosols, and some lithium-battery items by air. If you're not sure, send the link and we'll tell you straight.
What if the item arrives faulty or wrong?
Message us the same day with a photo of what you received. We take it up with the seller on your behalf and work out a replacement or refund with you.
